Not much – the three run into each other along one seafront promenade, so a hotel in any of them puts you within walking distance of the others. Bugibba has the most restaurants and nightlife, Qawra is quieter with the National Aquarium and the bigger resorts, and St Paul's Bay proper leans residential with a handful of boutique stays like Lulu.
